Terms and Conditions 

1. Appointments and Booking

• Booking Process: Appointments can be made via our website, phone, or in person. A valid appointment confirmation is required prior to your visit.

• Changes: We reserve the right to modify appointment times when necessary. Clients will be notified as soon as possible of any changes.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Notice Period: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice

• Cancellation Fee: Failure to cancel within the required timeframe, or not showing up for an appointment, may result in a cancellation fee as specified at the time of booking.

3. Payment Terms

• Fees: All service fees are due at the time of service unless pre-paid packages or promotions state otherwise

• Methods: Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer or via our website

• Pleases note that there is an additional fee on any payments made through the app (0.29% + 0.2p). To avoid this extra charge, contact me directly for alternative payment options.

• Additional Charges: Any additional treatments, products, or services requested during your visit may incur extra charges.

4. Late Arrivals and No-Shows

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate the next booking.

• No-Shows: Repeated no-shows without proper cancellation may result in the requirement of a full payment  for future bookings.

5. Service Delivery and Client Responsibilities

• Consultation: Prior to some treatment's, a consultation will be provided to assess suitability. Please disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities.

• Aftercare: Clients are responsible for following any aftercare instructions provided by the Salon. Failure to comply may affect results and may void any guarantee on the service.

• Personal Belongings: The Salon is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items brought to the premises.

6. Health, Safety, and Allergies

•Patch Tests: For services such as brow tint, lash tint, brow lamination, lash lift and henna brows, a patch test may be required(48 hrs prior to treatment day). Clients returning after more than six months since their last treatment will be asked to complete a new patch test.

• Hygiene: We adhere to hygiene and safety standards. Please inform us of any infections or skin conditions prior to your appointment.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• Confidentiality: Any personal information provided is treated as confidential and is used solely for the purpose of providing our services.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

• Service Guarantee: We strive to provide excellent services; however, outcomes may vary depending on individual skin types, conditions, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

• Liability: The Salon shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services. By accepting treatment, you acknowledge and accept this limitation of liability.

• Force Majeure: The Salon is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

• Content: All content on our website and promotional materials are the property of The Beauty Spot. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

• Updates: The Salon reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
